Upon receipt, all pertinent document information will be entered into our system and for tracking and billing purposes. We then assign one of our dedicated servers, who have met all DCA license and bond requirements imposed by the jurisdiction in which they serve process.  We closely monitor the status of each assignment and provide real-time updates to our clients.  Upon completion of service we draft proofs of service, which are thoroughly checked for accuracy and compliance, and deliver originals to our clients or file with the appropriate court (upon request).  Our servers will make at least three diligent attempts to serve process, per your specific instructions and in compliance with jurisdictional statutes; if unsuccessful after three attempts, service will be completed by 'nail and mail'.  Our team serves a wide array of legal documents including, but not limited to:
